HR Manager - Aptitude Diagnostics & Assessment Procedures (m/w/d) Aviation

Our customer from the aviation sector in Hamburg is the world's leading supplier of maintenance, repair and overhaul services as well as modifications in the civil aviation industry. With customised maintenance programs and most advanced repair procedures, the company ensures the reliability and availability of aircraft fleets.

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager/in - Qualitative Diagnostics & Assessment Procedures (m/w/d) full-time aviation.

Management of psychological assessments for technical and management positions within the group of companies - in close cooperation with all relevant stakeholders. Further development of diagnostic methods such as Assessment Center or Psychometric Tests - with clear requirements and in the sense of a positive Candidate Experience. Evaluation of existing procedures as well as ensuring quality, efficiency and a consistently professional applicant experience. Translation of current scientific findings into practical, company-relevant selection processes. Advising Recruiter:inside, specialist areas and applicants in the context of selection decisions - with sound diagnostic expertise. Creating meaningful reports and convincing presentations for different target groups. Takeover of special tasks and flexible support in projects where diagnostic competence is required.

Complete study of psychology or economic psychology (master or equivalent degree). Experience gained in aptitude diagnosis and in psychological methodology and statistics. Practical testing in the application of different selection procedures (interviews, test procedures, assessment center). Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Sovereign dealing with Microsoft Office 365. Analytical and economic thinking and a structured approach. High social competence, negotiation skills and convincing appearance. Careful and confidential handling of sensitive data. Representative initiative and willingness to take responsibility. A license according to DIN 33430 (Eignungsdiagnostiker:in E) is advantageous.
