In particular, you take over the following versatile tasks: You conduct market surveillance under the market abuse regulation (MAR) to effectively prevent insider trading and market manipulation. You take over the market surveillance of Baader Bank’s crypto trading activities in accordance with the requirements of the MiCA Regulation. You actively support the creation and continuous updating of comprehensive compliance risk analysis. You actively support the team in the dynamic daily business and thus ensure a smooth running. You are committed to cross-departmental projects within the entire group. You represent the field of compliance competently and convincingly inward and outward.

You have a successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (BWL) or a comparable qualification with a clear focus on banking and finance. Ideally, you already have first professional experience in the banking sector, in an auditing company, in securities trading or in the context of a trading surveillance agency with You have knowledge of the securities business as well as in stock exchange and crypto trading and are familiar with the respective products, their functioning and the requirements of WpHG and MaComp. You use your strong IT affinity for the systematic evaluation and analysis of large amounts of data to detect atypical behaviour patterns and vulnerabilities in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR). You are characterized by an always careful and precise operation, bringing a pronounced testeric skill and convincing a high degree of self-initiative. You are personally pointing out your flexibility, a quick and sound decision-making and your enforcement capability.
