Referent (w/m/d) in the area Pentests and impact assessments (Reference group E 13 or the comparable grade group according to BBesO) indefinitely at the office of Freital Welcome to the S 35 “Webchecks, Scans and Attack Surface Management” Unit at the BSI location Freital! In a young team of IT specialists, you work with us to secure the federal administration and critical infrastructures in Germany by pen tests, scans and simulated hacker attacks and thus prevent serious incidents.

Pentests and security checks of web applications and internal networks (Assumed Breach). Overarching, partly nationwide vulnerability scans and attack area assessments. Your activities are: Design and implementation of partially nationwide vulnerability scans. Examination and evaluation of web applications and internet-exposed attack areas. Implementation of Pentests in internal networks of authorities and critical infrastructures. Responsibility for the protection and further development of the unit's laboratory network.

A completed study (Diplom [Uni]/Master) of the disciplines Computer Science, Technical Informatics, IT-Safety, Physics, Mathematics, Communications, Communications or Electrical Engineering, IT-Management, Administration or Business Informatics, or a comparable, relevant discipline with a technical/technical focus. Mind. 2 years of experience with the design and technical implementation of pen tests and safety tests of web applications and internal networks or the technical determination of attack areas from the Internet, ideal with proof of the utilisation of the identified vulnerabilities (e.g. as red-teaming)

Knowledge in programming software applications. You like to work strategically and can advance processes structuredly. You have a binding and friendly appearance and a convincing oral and written expressive capacity.
