In order to strengthen our team of Schleswig-Holstein Netz GmbH, we are looking for a working student for staff - training & junior funding (m/w/d)* at the next possible time for our site Quickborn (with a participating home office option). You work together with us on the support of the target groups trainees, dual students, university interns and work students. You support applicant management from recruiting to contract creation. You work together with us on research tasks of the personnel department. You are answering questions from executives and our target groups about the topic of higher education.

You are an intangible student (m/w/d) of the business economy, (economic) psychology, or you are interested in human resources. You could ideally gain first practical experience in the field of personnel. You have fun in independent solutions and are happy to work in the team. You bring a quick understanding and a structured and independent way of working.

Transparent remuneration: As a working student you start with us with an hourly wage of €16.92. As an intern, you receive a fee of € 1,624 per month for both compulsory and voluntary internships Sensual task: With us you will make a valuable contribution to the energy transition - in a large company and with many perspectives. Flexibility: As a student, you work up to 20 hours a week in the semester. Your working time and place are agreed with the team. As an intern, you have a 37-hour week and also the opportunity to work on the mobile. Development: You can write your thesis with us.
