SAP IBP Transformation & Implementation You play a central role in the design, implementation and further development of our SAP IBP landscape. In doing so, you design end-to-end solutions for integrated business planning and support the digital transformation of our global supply chain. Supply Chain Planning Excellence You analyze and optimise planning processes in the fields of demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization and sales & operations planning (S&OP). Developing sustainable solutions that improve transparency, efficiency and deliverability along the entire value chain. Solution Design & System Integration You design and implement SAP IBP solutions, develop planning models, key figures and business rules and ensure seamless integration with adjacent systems such as SAP S/4HANA. Project Management & Stakeholder Management You control subprojects or take project responsibility within complex transformation initiatives. You work closely with disciplines, IT, external partners and management and ensure a successful implementation of the defined goals. Consulting & Enablement You moderate workshops, perform training and present solutions at different levels of management. In addition, you support the professional development of junior and mid-level colleagues. Innovation & continuous improvement You are testing technological developments in the SAP environment, identifying optimization potentials and driving innovative planning approaches to continuously develop the performance of our supply chain processes.

Technical background You have a completed degree in business informatics, business management, logistics or a comparable discipline. SAP IBP Expertise You have at least five to seven years of experience in SAP Supply Chain Planning and have a well-founded knowledge in SAP IBP, in particular in the modules Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP and Control Tower. Supply Chain know-how You have a deep understanding of supply chain processes, planning logics and their technical mapping within modern planning systems. Experience with SAP APO is beneficial. Technical competence You have experience in SAP IBP Configuration & Modeling as well as in the integration of SAP IBP with ERP systems. Knowledge of HANA data models, CI-DS, CPI-DS and SAP Analytics Cloud are advantageous. Working methods and personality You convince by analytical thinking, strong conceptual skills and a structured approach to complex issues. At the same time, you bring strong communication and presentation skills and understand how to inspire and take different stakeholders. Language skills You communicate safely in German and have very good English skills in word and writing.
