Identity Manager - Active Directory / Entra ID / PowerShell (m/f/d)

Manage, maintain and develop Microsoft Active Directory (On-Prem) and Microsoft Entra ID (Cloud). You convert Identity Lifecycle Processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) in the Microsoft environment and automate them. You manage users and groups as well as the control of permissions in Exchange Online, such as mailboxes, distributors and shared mailboxes. You support audits and maintain security and compliance requirements, such as GDPR and ISO 27001. You manage Microsoft Entra ID features such as Conditional Access, MFA and PIM implementation of security policies. You integrate Microsoft services (M365, Intune, Teams, Defender) into central IAM processes and work closely with IT security, compliance and HR in access topics.

You have a completed training as a specialist informatics (m/w/d) or a study in the field of business informatics as well as a comparable qualification in the above-mentioned areas of responsibility. You have first experience with Exchange Online, especially in mailbox management and with distribution groups. You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (users, groups, GPO) and in Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, including Conditional Access, RBAC and MFA. You're sure to use PowerShell to automate identity and exchange tasks. You have very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing. You work independently, structured and targeted and are capable of team and communication.
