Service Advisor Bank - Customer Service / Sales (m/f/d)

You professionally process incoming customer requests by phone (Inbound/ Outbound) and in personal contact in the branch to accounts, maps, products and services You receive and serve customers: inside the office, take up concerns and control appointments You support SB devices and online banking and provide information on our services and products You speak to customers: You actively act, participate in campaigns and forward guidance to consultancy units. You organize the reception, including documents, post and order/service operations in the office

You will have a completed commercial training (e.g. a bank merchant/wife) or a comparable qualification – cross-comers: You enjoy customer contact and service as well as a healthy sales/final orientation You are strong in communication, perform professionally and have a pronounced service orientation You work targeted and structured, show self-initiative and team spirit You have good computer skills
