IT / ERP Application Expert (m/f/d)

You support our users in the efficient use and continuous optimization of our software solutions. You actively participate in the new and further development of our user software within the framework of different project orders. You create, automate and optimize reports and layouts using scripting technologies (e.g. JavaScript in BIRT or SQL in Crystal Reports). You accompany the digitalization of documents and support their integration into existing systems, such as ERP, CRM, DMS and Web applications.

You have completed training for computer scientists, studies in the field of computer science or business informatics or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you have knowledge of JavaScript and/or SQL for creating, adapting and automating reports, forms and workflows. You have experience in integrating documents and forms into systems such as ERP, CRM, DMS or Web applications. A secure handling of Microsoft Office applications as well as knowledge in ERP systems (e.g. Schleupen, Wilken or SAP) are a feature. Your communication strength and team spirit make you an estimated contact person. With your hands-on mentality and commitment, you are actively driving forward the continuous development and optimization of existing business processes.
