As part of your three-year training, you will learn to plan, install and operate IT systems. You support the provision of hardware and software, support rollouts and support IT support. You will also get good insights into network and server structures as well as the documentation and quality assurance of IT services. You always have an instructor and supervisor. At the end of your training, you will be prepared for the final exam at the IHK.
