You control our sales team and ensure smooth cooperation with the field service as well as our operational departments. You ensure efficient and customer-oriented sales services and thus actively contribute to high customer satisfaction and long-term customer loyalty. You take the professional and disciplinary leadership of your team and create a motivating working environment. You promote the professional and personal development of your employees and accompany them on their individual path. You coordinate our sales activities and ensure targeted implementation. You control sales on the basis of targets and key figures and take appropriate measures. You enter your own customer portfolio and develop existing customer relationships sustainably.

You have a completed training in the field of forwarding and logistics or bring a comparable professional experience. You already have experience in the leadership and motivation of teams and understand how to inspire and develop people. You are convinced by digital competence and enjoy introducing new ideas and innovative solutions. You'll be safe in dealing with business partners and have negotiating skills. You work structured, organize your tasks independently and keep an overview even in challenging situations.
