At the next time we are looking for you as a construction manager:in Oberbau / Gleisbau (w/m/d) for our complex infrastructure projects in railway construction for DB Bahnbau Group GmbH. You want to move something big, then you are right with us! In this position, you will be introducing yourself to our exciting and famous projects throughout Germany. Your tasks: As a dedicated:r Bauleiter:in your own responsibility for the smooth implementation of the construction measures assigned to you, you also take on the technical leadership at the construction site You co-ordinate and monitor after-contractors and agree with relevant stakeholders in the preparation and implementation of the construction projects:inside (e.g. client:inside, planner:inside and authorities) You also make sure that the building contract law is applied correctly and take care of the installation and maintenance of accompanying documents (e.g. performance detection) In order to optimally control your construction projects, you carry out a performance-, time- and quality-oriented design-related reporting and use the calculation as well as cost accounting for a predictive and consistent Among your tasks is to identify, create, and negotiate with the client: You take the technical instructions on the construction site and create the best possible framework conditions for the team to perform the work optimally (e.g., creating and testing proofs of working time, compliance with work protection) Your exciting task will be rounded off by you being able to participate in special jobs and bring your ideas into play.

Your profile: You are an engineer:in (e.g. civil engineer:in, traffic engineer:in) or alternatively you have a degree as a master:in or technician:in with a focus on building or railing in your pocket Experiences in practical construction (e.g. as a construction manager, polisher:in, construction monitoring) you have collected, you know very well in the Oberbau / Gleisbau plant and at best have know-how in billing construction services Relevant rules (e.g. HOAI, VOB Part B) are known to you and you can handle computer applications such as MS Office and ideally user-related software programs for building sequence planning, offering processing and construction billing You are characterized by a high degree of commitment and self-initiative as well as your independent working, and you always keep an eye on your goal, think and trade in the sense of the company and take responsibility As a team player:in you will communicate at eye level, motivate your team at the construction site and proactively address conflicts to bring the construction projects to a successful conclusion You are very well organized, keep an overview even in difficult situations, are very resilient under time pressure and always have the requirements or wishes of our customers: You own the class B driver's license and bring the willingness and joy to implement projects across Germany together with your team and work regularly on site for several days a week.
