You are the face of IT for our employees and take care of their needs. Disorders and requirements are met by the hotline or our IT Service mailbox and captures them in our ticket system. Together with our specialist departments, you are looking for satisfactory solutions for our employees. You can secure the accessibility of the User Helpdesk by telephone and participate in the shift service. First, edit and solve tickets in first and second level support. You qualify tickets before and routes them to the departments or external service providers. You'll set up instructions for our end users:inside and keep them up-to-date. You also manage permissions and user accounts in compliance with the standards and specifications.

You have successfully completed technical training. Ideally you could gain first experience in the User Helpdesk. Service orientation, helpfulness and structured information are a matter of course for you. Communication and passion for user support is your strength.
