The Heerlein and Zindler Foundation is a non-profit foundation and active with more than 80 employees in various areas of care. The foundation operates a stationary care facility with 53 seats, an outpatient care service and a variety of housing offers with additional care. At the same time, the staff accompanies three self-organized housing-care communities for different target groups, including people with dementia and people with acquired brain damage. All these forms of living and relaxation take place on a plot in the middle of Hamburg St. Georg. With our residential care communities in which nine people live, which are accompanied by our outpatient service 24 hours a day, we offer a caring living form, which corresponds especially to the wishes and ideas of sick people and includes relatives as best as possible. Here, the participation in community life is just as natural as the possibility of retreating into private living space. In our stationary care facility, the Zindler House, 53 residents live together in a family and urban environment. Lower levels of care and longer periods of dwelling than usual in the stationary area ensure a special resident structure. We need backup for our outpatient team. You guide our outpatient area and work closely with the deputy line. You control your team after our personalized care understanding and ensure a smooth run. You motivate your team, first set up schedules and plan the deployments according to your needs. You are responsible for treatment care, basic care, individual care and domestic services. You ensure the quality of care, implement standards and develop processes. You carry out care visas, document professionally and pay attention to legal requirements. You communicate openly with relatives, doctors, therapists and cost-beneficiaries. You accompany new colleagues and support the guidance of trainees.

You have a completed, relevant training in the care sector. A further development for the leading care specialist with management experience. You bring communication strength and organizational talent with you and in contact with colleagues and external partners in a safe and confident way. Ideally, you bring experience in quality management or are willing to develop yourself in this area.
