Drive and scale international revenue growth through strategic, high-value B2B sales. Win and grow major corporate clients into long-term strategic partnerships. Lead complex sales processes with senior decision-makers across global organizations. Build and manage a disciplined sales that delivers pipeline consistently. Act as a trusted advisor, translating climate strategy into commercial value. Spot and crack high potential industries, using sharp market insight and timing to win. Proven success and experience in complex B2B sales, key account management, or business development with a strong record of reaching targets. You active look for and develop new business opportunities instead of waiting for them. Strong commercial understanding and confident in managings, pipeline forecasts, and revenue goals. A supportive and reliable leader sets clear expectations and helps teams succeed. Experience selling complex solutions to large organizations; experience in sustainability or energy is a plus. Professional fluency in English and German with strong communication skills.
