Their daily work is versatile and connects the individual accompaniment in the Kiez with the work in our lively housing communities in Moabit and on the northern shore. Social orientation: You help people to network in their social space and actively participate in social life. Methodology: We work according to the reference person system – this means self-responsive action, person-centred support and accompanying the individual and community care processes. Culture: A team structure in which your impulses for shaping the participation processes are explicitly welcome.

With your commitment, you support adult people with assistance needs and support them in everyday life. Through the provision of personalised and social-space-oriented help you promote the self-determination and participation of clients. In addition to the documentation of all relevant data, you work with members, with legal supervisors and other interfaces. Your creative input is desired: We look forward to your ideas in the conceptual and practical development of our offers.

You have a qualification as educators, nurses and the like with a state-of-the-art recognition. You are interested in working with our target groups - regardless of whether you already have professional experience or just start your career. As a reflected person, you question your professional action and can also deal with crisis situations in everyday care. You bring the willingness to align themselves with the needs and wishes of the clients. You are also ready to work on weekends.

With an unlimited working relationship of 31.20 hours, you can enjoy a varied activity. You have your service planning – based on the needs of our clients – even in your hands. The regular working time is from Monday to Friday and partly also on weekends. If there is a temporary increase in hours, we will vote on them together. You will receive a payment by operating agreement with dynamic adjustment, binding annual special payment and child allowance. We have 30 days of annual holiday and holiday money.
