To strengthen the HR department in our support center in Cologne Mühlheim we are looking for Account Manager (d/m/w) – HR Payroll in full or part-time

Your tasks:

• Independent preparation and execution of the monthly payroll, including all rework.
• Processing and production of notifications and certificates.
• Maintenance of personal master data, entry and exits, missing times and movement data.
• Advising employees and executives in all pay and billing issues.
• Cooperation with HR projects (e.g. the introduction of the Atoss time system).
• Contact for our clients and health insurance companies and clarification of pay tax and social insurance issues.
• Creation of monthly pay and wage bills.
• Certification.

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training or studies with a focus on personnel / finance.
• Knowledge of the pay bill and tax and social security law.
• Secure handling of common accounting systems (e.g. SAP, DATEV or comparable).
• Communication strength, team skills and an independent, structured way of working.
