As part of a planned age succession, we are looking for a workshop manager (m/w/d) who takes responsibility for the maintenance and further development of production technology and, together with his six-member team, ensures safe, trouble-free and economical plant operation.

Ensuring high plant availability through the planning and control of all maintenance and maintenance activities Analysis and sustainable elimination of technical disturbances to minimize downtime Responsibility for spare parts management and coordination of external service providers Continuous optimization of maintenance processes and technical processes Ensure compliance with work safety, environmental and quality standards Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of a six-member team Responsibility for personnel and deployment planning including standby services

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification with further training to the technician or master (m/w/d) Multiannual experience in the maintenance of manufacturing companies, ideally with knowledge in automation and process technology and first management responsibility Embossed technical understanding combined with a solution-oriented, independent and structured working method Convincing appearance as well as an appreciation and solution-oriented handling of employees and interfaces Routinized handling of MS Office as well as safe German language skills
