Senior Director Utilities (m/f/d)

As a senior director Utilities, you are responsible for the media supply at the Marburg site. Together with your team, you will ensure a reliable supply of media as well as the operation of the associated infrastructures, networks and facilities and drive the strategic development of the area forward. Strategic and operational development of the Utilities area including the continuous optimization of structures, processes and digitization Ensuring reliable media supply at the site as well as responsibility for the preservation, further development and expansion of supply and disposal facilities, networks and associated infrastructures Responsibility for OT infrastructure including data networks, telephony, IT services, security technology and measurement, control and control systems Leadership, motivation and further development of employees as well as orientation of the organisation to the corporate goals Ensuring customer-oriented, timely and high-quality performance with compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory and environmental requirements Care and development of customer relationships and active participation in the strategic development of the business unit

completed studies of economic engineering, energy and supply technology, electrical engineering or a comparable discipline; alternative a comparable qualification with at least 10 years of relevant professional and management experience in the environment utilities, energy supply or technical infrastructure Knowledge of energy and supply management as well as relevant plants and processes Good business knowledge (controlling, costing, product and market analysis) as well as safe application of MS Office and ERP systems Good English knowledge of word and writing Impressed leadership, communication and organizational ability as well as high service, quality and process orientation
