Operating Technician / Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d)

Check and maintain controls: You check and maintain electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic controls of our systems and ensure their safe operation. Troubleshooting: Analyzing and correcting faults in the tank storage that occur independently in the short term and thus for a frictionless plant operation. Evaluate technical conditions: You write technical state reports, derive the repair requirements from them and take care of the required material procurement. Projects and reconstructions accompany you: you support technical projects and reconstruction measures from planning to implementation. Optimize systems: You actively participate in minimizing machine and plant shutdowns and adapt production facilities to optimize processes. In order to ensure documentation, you will develop professional documentation in accordance with applicable technical guidelines and to update them.

Qualification: You have completed technical or technical training, e.g. industrial technicians / mechatronics (m/w/d) or similar, ideally supplemented by further training to the industrial master / technician (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. Expertise in maintenance: You have long-term professional experience, preferably in maintenance of technical equipment. Technical know-how: You bring an extensive understanding of manufacturing techniques and processes. Pneumatics and hydraulics: You have basic knowledge in pneumatics and hydraulics. Control and drive technology: You are familiar with control and drive technology (e.g. Siemens); Characteristics in PLC controls are advantageous. IT know-how: You're sure to deal with the current MS Office applications. Languages: You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing; good English is desirable. Service orientation: You understand yourself as an internal service provider (m/w/d) and are pleased to support areas of expertise. Team and communication skills: You are actively involved in the team and communicate clearly and at eye level with different cutting points.
