Your tasks

• Legal support for construction projects and existing properties at our sites, including in particular the ongoing construction projects
• Independent processing of requests in the field of private building and architectural law
• Creation and negotiation of contracts in the said jurisdiction
• Identification and assessment of legal risks in the aforementioned legal area incl. Preparation of recommendations for action for the internal field
• Control of external law firms and court proceedings

Your profile

• Successful second legal state amen
• Funded knowledge in private building and architect law, ideally in a legal department of a company
• Multiannual professional experience in this field
• Analytical and solution-oriented thinking and a high degree of self-responsibility
• Responsible action and discretion in handling confidential information
• Commitment and enthusiasm
• Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
