Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

Take these challenges

• Support for agile transformation in the software development environment
• Coaching and empowering teams beyond Scrum
• Collaboration with Product Owns to Translation of Epics in Priorized Stories
• Management and moderation of workshops, retrospectives and strategy discussions
• Identification of innovation potentials and structural bottlenecks in the development process
• Promoting the application scaled agile frameworks such as LeSS or SAFe
• Establishing a culture of continuous improvement

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring

• Complete studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable qualifications
• Knowledge of agile methodology such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or LeSS
• Experience in working with technologically sophisticated software projects
• Ability to present workshops and retrospectives
• Experience in team coaching and agile working skills
• Flowing German knowledge, as well as good English knowledge in word and writing
