In this way, the Black IT provides IT services for both the purchase country and Lidl as well as for the Black Service KG. In order to optimally support the departments through IT solutions in their business processes, the Schwarz IT takes up requirements of the specialist areas in consultations and works together with these professional and efficient IT solutions.

Your tasks

• You strengthen our team as part of the 2nd level support for NON-SAP systems
• You take over the monitoring of data processing and support operational operation related to purchasing processes
• You process and analyze tickets related to your area
• You are blossoming on the following topics: Continuous optimization of support processes as well as operation of proactive and reactive problem management in order to permanently avoid disturbances
• You are the interface between business consulting, IT development and the disciplines related to incident, problem or change management
• You are the contact person (m/w/d) for our colleagues in Germany and abroad
• You stand in exchange with adjacent teams and work on the documentation and know-how transfer in the team

Your profile

• You have a successfully completed degree in the field of (economic) informatics, business administration or a completed IT training
• You ideally have basic technical knowledge, IT skills and good process understanding
• You will bring process knowledge from purchasing and master data management
• You are characterized by a pronounced analytical ability, your communication strength, customer orientation and pleasure in team work
• You like to work in an international team
• We benefit from your good knowledge of German and English
