R1008142) This responsibility is yours: As a team leader Product Development (m/w/d), you take over the disciplinary and professional leadership of a software development team and manage the successful implementation of product development projects. Use modern methods to continuously optimize the functioning and results of your team.

You lead your development team both interdisciplinary and professional and actively shape the further development of the team members Plan and prioritize goals to ensure successful implementation of projects in quality, budget and time With a clear focus on improvement drive methodological changes and increase the efficiency of the team You represent the interests of your team in the organization, moderate meetings and promote constructive cooperation with other areas You take over the creation of development documentation and initiate error analyses and corrections You use agile methods like Scrum to implement projects flexibly and efficiently
