Welding engineer for quality assurance management in medium-sized companies (m/f/d)

In the course of further growth, we are looking for a welding specialist (m/w/d) for the management of the Quality Assurance area with the focus on welding technology. In this responsible position, you take over the professional management of quality management including internal and external audits. You lead a small team and ensure compliance with European and international quality regulations and standards.

First leadership experience is desirable, but no need. Our client is also willing to develop candidate: within her first leadership role.

Department of Quality Assurance including Quality management Ensuring compliance with customer requirements, legal regulations, relevant standards and internal quality standards of welding technology Planning, monitoring and implementation of internal and external audits Responsibility for certifications and their successful maintenance Creation, testing and further development of quality, testing and documentation concepts Control of complaint, deviation and improvement management including causes analyses and effectiveness control Technical advice of specialist areas and project teams on quality issues Contact persons for customers, suppliers, testing bodies, certification organisations and other external partners Participation in the continuous optimization of processes, standards and processes

Successfully completed technical studies, e.g. in the field of mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, production technology, etc. Successfully completed qualification for welding specialist (SFI) is a must Knowledge of relevant quality management systems, standards and regulatory requirements Experience in audit management and in handling certification and testing processes Knowledge of technical manufacturing, production or project processes Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing
