Finance Clerk (m/f/d)

Creditor Accounting: You check, configure and book invoicing, take account of account clarification in coordination with the purchasing department, conduct weekly payment transactions and monitor the payment targets. Debitor accounting: You book payment inputs and clarify differences. You monitor open positions and manage the dunning with a focus on our foreign subsidiaries. Investment assets: You support the collection of fixed assets.

You have completed commercial training with a focus on financial accounting or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of professional experience in a comparable position in financial accounting. For you, a careful, structured and reliable way of working and a good understanding of processes and interfaces is a matter of course. You are also responsible, loadable and time-saving in final stages, in number runs and audits. You like to work independently as well as in the team. You have fluent knowledge of German in word and writing and do not hesitate to communicate with your good English skills with international contacts. Additional good basic knowledge in French and/or Polish are advantageous. You have secure knowledge in MS Office as well as very good knowledge in ERP systems, ideally Navision or Business Central (or comparable systems).
