Junior Compensation & Benefits Expert – limited to 12 months (m/f/d)

Preparing payment rounds: You help prepare and implement annual pay rise and bonus rounds and help our processes get structured and smooth. Strengthen data quality: You maintain compensation and organization data in the HR systems and secure a reliable data base with your careful operation. Evaluate market data: You accompany the participation in compensation studies and prepare market and benchmark data in such a way as to provide sound insights into our international Compensation & Benefits work. Making reports understandable: you create evaluations, reports and presentations and help to prepare complex content in a clear, precise and address-oriented manner. Accompanying processes internationally: you document, update and communicate Compensation & Benefits guidelines and processes, work with job evaluations and grading processes and work closely with regional HR partners in international projects.

Solid technical basis: You have a successfully completed bachelor's degree programme focusing on staff, business, economics or a comparable subject. First HR views: You ideally bring first practical experience in the HR sector, in particular in compensation management. Analysis with Structure: You are interested in Remuneration Systems, HR Analytics and International HR Processes and address topics structured, carefully and with a pronounced analytical understanding. Excel safe in handle: you work excellently with MS Excel. Experience in SuccessFactors, especially in Comp & Variable Pay, is advantageous. Global cooperation: Since the main communication takes place in this role in English, excellent English skills in word and writing are required.
