• You have a completed 3-year nursing training, for example as a nursing professional, nursing caregiver:in or health caregiver. • You bring German knowledge at least on B2 level – for care documentation, handovers and clear communication. • Experience or readiness in palliative care and death care is an important element in everyday life — you contribute to a dignified accompaniment. • Help is if you can adjust to different setup types and teams and work reliably. • willingness to work for several weeks or months outside the home
