Our range of services includes regular transport in Nordhessen, rail replacement (SEV) and bus emergency (BNV) in Hessen, Rhineland-Palatinate, Saarland and Nord-Baden-Württemberg. In the coming year, we will start a new headquarters in Nordhessen. Your tasks: You monitor and control the ongoing scheduled traffic in Nordhessen as well as rail replacement traffic while maintaining a smooth operation The disposition and coordination of vehicles in scheduled traffic is also one of your tasks In case of malfunctions, delays or failures, you quickly and solution-oriented, conduct appropriate measures You coordinate all relevant interfaces and contact persons:inside, secure a reliable flow of information and keep the participants informed about the current operating situation Complete documentation of important events and measures as well as a structured transfer to the following layer complete your task area You order, coordinate and organize bus emergency traffic or alternative solutions if necessary
