Supplier: Study advice and audit management Our dedicated team in the study management of the Faculty of Economics is responsible, among other things, for the smoothest possible course in the Student Life Cycle.We work at the interface between students, teachers and administration - structured, solution-oriented and always with a view to the continuous development of our processes. Our faculty promotes the internationalisation of students through an attractive offer of study cooperation abroad. In order to ensure a smooth process across all relevant steps during a semester abroad for our students, we are looking for active support with organizational talent, self-responsibility and joy of communication as soon as possible. There is a wide range of training and the possibility of obtaining a job ticket for employees and civil servants.

As part of the study management team, you will work responsibly and partially independently in the following areas of responsibility in close coordination with the specialist consulting services: Administration of the (Auslands-)recognition process (for students from courses of the WiWi faculty) Pre-examination of the possibility of recognition of modules planned abroad (examination of the module contents and the course of study, internal and cross-disciplinary communication) Processing of the final application for recognition after stay abroad Creation and maintenance of a list of already recognised modules for orientation for students in future stays abroad Support in the design and development of a corresponding tool for system support for this process Management of the Process of Test Ordering Special semesters. Update of the test lists obtaining the approvals of the audit committees involved; and corresponding communication to further process participants Support of the specialist study consultancy at decision-making Acquisition of various tasks in the context of the administration Processing of accounting Processing of personnel matters with student assistants Organisation and settlement of missions

You have: a completed commercial training or comparable qualification, ideally with professional experience. Cross-adapters are also welcome, the interest of working on new topics and application programmes independently; the ability to work structured and carefully, a service-oriented operation and a high level of team capacity, a high level of commitment and responsibility, safe handling of MS-Office applications, very good knowledge of German language, English knowledge of advantage.
