CONDOK's range of services includes system development and services as part of the Integrated Logistic Support. These include technical documentation, product and operational safety, logistical support for products and systems and software development for logistical data management. As a system house CONDOK develops and implements equipment and conversion measures in cabins and vehicles and performs repair services.

At the locations Kiel, Hamburg and Koblenz we support projects for the Bundeswehr and the civil industry. With our technical and logistical solutions for military and civil systems, we make a valuable contribution to ensuring the material commitment.

Organization, leadership and development: You lead and develop the team of work preparation both professionally and personally. In addition, you support department management in organizational and professional matters. Planning and coordination: Planning and coordination of material flow and material availability ensure a smooth production process. Central partner*in with operational responsibility: You coordinate and optimize the interfaces to manufacturing, production control, material management and project management and actively participate in the daily business.

You have a technical training (e.g. as an industrial mechanic, metal makerin, electricianin) with a further education on the state-tested technicianin, masterin or comparable training. You bring several years of professional experience in work preparation and ideally have well-founded knowledge in production planning and disposition procedures. You have extensive experience in working with ERP systems, preferably with AP+, as well as safe handling of MS Office products and technical drawings and piece lists. You convince with leadership experience in work preparation and are characterized by a structured, reliable and independent working. You are characterized by a pronounced communication strength and the ability to motivate employees.
