Team Leader IT & Digitalization (m/f/d)

Professional leadership, prioritization and coordination of a three-member operational IT team with active cooperation on projects and solutions Control of daily business, structured distribution of tasks and processing of technical and organizational escalations Planning and management of IT and digitalization projects in close cooperation with the specialist departments Development of Microsoft 365 landscape, especially teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Entra ID and Intune Building and developing solutions with Power Platform, Power BI, automation and AI assistants Development and enforcement of IT architecture principles, technical standards, documentation and operating processes Active operational cooperation in IT operations, in particular in cross-departmental tasks, M365 and infrastructure projects and client management Coordination and quality control of external service providers for our Windows and IBM servers and other special topics Support for the information security officer in the technical implementation of NIS2 measures Creation and updating of documentation, instructions, decision bases and management reports

Complete study of computer science or completed IT training, as a specialist in system integration or application development, or comparable training At least three years of professional experience in the IT field with professional leadership, subproject management or management of IT and digitalization projects Finded knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Entra ID and Intune Experience with Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI or comparable digitalization and automation solutions Interest in AI-based assistance systems and their safe, economic use in the company Good understanding of classic IT infrastructures: Windows Server, Virtualization, Network, Firewall, Backup and Client Management Experience in IT project management, process analysis, change management and technical documentation Basic understanding of information security, risk management and regulatory requirements, ideally NIS2 Knowledge of IT service management Binding, motivating guide personality with pronounced hand-on mentality and structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented mode of operation Communication, moderation and conflict resolution competence A sense of decision, sense of responsibility and a high degree of self-initiative, as well as service orientation with pleasure in anchoring changes in the company in a sustainable manner Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
