As an employee of order management, you are the first contact person for our customers and, together with interface areas, ensure the best possible customer satisfaction. Your duties They serve and advise customers in all logistical and commercial issues in the responsibility area

They lead the complete correspondence (incl. correspondence in Russian)

You create, process and complete complex and extensive customer orders/project transactions/ demo and loan orders.

These include: contract audit, invoices and customer complaints including follow-up activities

They initiate the pursuit of systematic and cross-border improvement processes to increase customer satisfaction

You organize shipping logistics and coordinate delivery dates with the relevant departments

They develop alternative solutions for event deviations and communicate these

You create and secure the order documentation

You are sure to comply with business, country and customer-specific regulations/laws

You create customized certificates

3-year vocational training in the commercial sector and at least 2 years of professional training or 3 years of university studies (e.g. Bachelor of Economic Engineering)

Relevant experience in international order processing

Good knowledge of export control law

Good SAP knowledge in the application of the SD module

Customer-oriented contact for internal, cross-departmental and external interfaces

Safe handling of popular MS Office applications

High level of autonomy, flexibility, self-responsibility

Open and communicative personality

Very good Russian knowledge and good English and German knowledge in word and writing
