IT Security Manager:in (m/w/d) Area IT international | Location Duisburg Analysis of regulatory and company-specific requirements (e.g. GDPR/GDPR, NIS2, CRA) Creation of decision templates, risk assessments and reports on IT security incidents Analysis, processing and tracking of IT Security Incidents Risk Management: Recommendation of levels of protection in balancing safety and effort Compilation of regular reports and key figures on information security Modernisation, development and maintenance of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) Planning, implementation and monitoring of internal audits in the field of information security Follow-up and control of measures to continuously improve information security

Successfully completed studies of computer science, IT security, business informatics or a comparable discipline Knowledge and practical experience in IT security, in particular in the fields of threat analysis, incident response and security architectures Experience in the design, implementation and continuous development of IT security measures Very good knowledge of relevant information security standards and frameworks, in particular ISO 27001 and NIST Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented working methods as well as pronounced IT security awareness Embossed conceptual and analytical thinking skills High communication and enforcement capability German and English knowledge in word and writing Certifications such as CISSP, CISM or CEH of advantage Standing for occasional missions
