Construction Management - New Construction Projects with Responsibility (m/f/d)

The timely implementation of new construction projects with type houses on their own land for their own stock with all necessary requirements for a building management taking into account the project budget and compliance with approved project releases; the legal regulations for construction projects; the construction permit and the execution plans and the intra-group technical standards to ensure uniform technical qualities

in coordination with the team manager Bauleitung (and project managers) Participation in the planning of the implementation and the creation of a digital documentation of the construction process (building journal) Provision of all necessary information (costs, dates and circumstances) for internal reporting to the team and department manager Creation of a complete project documentation Analyze building processes, products and standards to optimize and further develop business processes and qualities Develop and initiate countermeasures in non-compliance with respect to qualities, costs and appointments in coordination with the team leader Support of individual structures, external construction lines and/or general contractors Budget-responsibility and audits as well as auditing and assessment of contributions

Complete degree in architecture, civil engineering or comparable discipline As an alternative: training as a construction technician:in or master:in construction craft with relevant professional experience Multiannual professional experience in construction, project management or planning, preferably in housing construction Funded knowledge in building law (VOB, HOAI) and in the handling of building permit procedures Safe handling of construction and project management software (e.g. MS Project, AVA Programs, SAP, WinPlan) Experience in the application of lean management or willingness to develop in this area Outstanding cost awareness and experience in budget responsibility and audit Ability to coordinate external construction lines, structures and general contractors High level of organisational capacity, team capacity and enforcement capability Secure appearance and communication strength for coordination with internal and external partners
