Description

The execution of demanding construction projects in steel and concrete construction is your responsibility and keeps in mind the successful implementation of the planned measures Technical drawings, construction plans and static calculations are tested by you and adapted to the respective project requirements. In close cooperation with structural planners, you coordinate the interfaces between technical planning and building planning The services of the subcontractors and subcontractors used are monitored during the construction and ensure coordinated cooperation at the construction site. You are regularly exchanged with clients, authorities and other project participants and clarify technical and organisational issues. Changes in the course of the project will be checked in terms of their impact on costs and dates and will agree to further implementation with all stakeholders.

Completed studies in civil engineering or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in construction Knowledge of structural design and construction Experience from construction projects in the German-speaking region Structured and reliable operation and pronounced communication capability readiness to travel nationwide at different project locations Flowing German knowledge and good English skills are required
