PMO function (approx. 80%): Control and monitoring of the Operation 2.0 project as part of the Hensoldt 2.0 strategy cluster “Deliver at Scale” Coordination of project-wide tasks and ensuring the achievement of objectives Creation and preparation of decision documents, monthly status reports and presentations for the GEC (Group Executive Committee) Interface between the demand providers in the divisions and the supplying units in the COO area, in particular purchasing, production and logistics, as well as the controlling function such as facility management, sustainability, IT, security, and HR and the project-accompanying consultants. Executive function (about 20%) as part of regular representation: appointment coordination, in particular with the GEC and the COO concerned units, travel planning and settlement Preparation of internal meetings incl. Agenda, protocol management and action tracking Support in communication with internal and external stakeholders, in particular with the divisions and Hensoldt internal function areas. Complete studies in the field of economics, project management or comparable qualifications At least 3 years of professional experience in PMO, project management or as Executive Assistant at C-Level Embossed organizational and analytical skills Sovereign appearance, high discretion and loyalty, as well as Hands-on mentality Secure handling of MS Office, project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Confluence, Jira) Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Very good team player
