You take over the predictive and structured planning of the tours as well as the deployments of our experienced service technicians and our modern service vehicles. In this course, you coordinate customer-oriented and on time the maintenance orders to ensure reliable care and the highest satisfaction of our customers. Thanks to the quick organization and the detailed collection of emergency services, you can ensure a smooth operation even in critical situations. Finally, by your awareness of economic aspects, you always keep the budget in mind in all your activities.

Completed training in commercial or technical fields Professional experience in job management and disposition of employees knowledge in fleet management and ideally in handling relevant software Good SAP and MS Office skills Own initiative and flexibility are the A and O in this job.
