Priority Your activity is the active telephone address of interested parties who have terminated the online closing process or have not yet completed their insurance – until successful completion (no cold acquisition!) You conduct telephone consultations in the property and liability sectors, answer open questions and support decision-making You recognize individual customer needs and adapt existing offers targeted You will remain following: structured follow-up of offers and a sustainable customer approach are of course for you You actively contribute to the optimization of processes and end distances

You have successfully completed a training as a merchant for insurance and finance or a comparable training You have professional experience in the private property and liability sectors, but also freshly trained beginners are welcome You are communicative, strong argumentation and are confident and convincing with your sales-oriented thinking in the telephone customer talk You like to introduce your own ideas and work independently You have good user knowledge in MS Office, SAP skills are desirable, but no need
