Sales Controlling Consultant (m/f/d)

You analyze and monitor the economic development of our sales activities – from the classic Commodity business to innovative heat and energy and energy-related services. You support price and margin control, annual planning and monthly/quarter reporting and development of sales management strategies. You develop our key figures and control system and ensure greater transparency in sales, margins and cost-effectiveness. You are driving forward the construction of a modern digital sales report based on BI tools (e.g. Power BI). You ensure a comprehensive control of procurement and sales activities and work closely with the energy procurement and sales departments. You can move in the Robotron energy data management system, the Schleupen contract accounting system and further analysis tools. At the same time, you form the interface to our company controlling. You support product management in the analysis and provision of data. You introduce their own ideas to continuously improve processes, data flows and controlling instruments. In addition, you provide reliable basis for decision-making for the department and management.

Complete study of Business Administration, Business Informatics, Energy Economics or Comparative Qualification with a focus on controlling / finance. Multiannual professional experience in sales controlling or in a comparable position. Ideally professional experience in the energy industry. Very good analytical skills and a pronounced numerical understanding. Experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI) and interest in their further development. Excellent knowledge in MS Excel and experience with other industry-specific software (e.g. Robotron eSales, Schleupen). Communication strength and team capacity as well as pleasure in cross-departmental cooperation. High quality standards, loadability and the willingness to continuously work on improvements.
