You are the first contact person for our customers - by phone or via digital channels such as chat On request from customers or ARAG partners, you will process and assess medical costs and performance requests You work with modern tools and technologies and actively contribute to the further development of our digital services

You have a completed training in the medical or commercial field - e.g. as PTA, MFA, ZFA, medical/documentation assistant:in or businessman in healthcare You bring experience in dealing with medical documents and can expertly assess and evaluate documents You work structured, carefully and find customer-oriented solutions for complex performance requests You are open to new technologies, use digital tools efficiently and develop yourself further You are service-oriented, are happy to work in the team and are happy to support our customers competently
