HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

Our client is globally active in a niche of the chemical industry and with more than 2,400 employees. The company develops, produces and sells highly specialized products that can be used in a very wide range of target markets such as Aerospace, Automotive, Energy, Medical Technology etc. The European mother brings fresh wind, open culture and lots of trust in daily work. For a strategically important production site with nearly 200 employees in the eastern Lower Saxony (Room Göttingen) we are looking for a passionate HR Manager as a responsible HR Business Partner (w/m/d), who wants to help shape it instead of managing it.

You are a HR all-rounder and engage the executives and employees at the site – from A like work contract to Z as well as cooperation with the works council In addition, you will address cross-site projects and topics in the German HR team as well as in the international network, e.g. around the global HR platform Workday You are a business partner for executives and employees – with expertise, heart and mind You accompany recruiting processes, drive personnel development measures forward and have a strategic view of the future human site You actively and forward-looking, find the right answer to difficult HR topics and develop solutions with and for all stakeholders You support the implementation and further development of the HR strategy

A completed study (e.g. economic, social or legal) or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in generalistic HR management Know-how in dealing with works councils and collective structures Very good knowledge of German and English as well as enjoying international cooperation in the team Communication strength at eye level, empathy and a sense of pragmatic solutions A producing environment is familiar to you – you know how the rabbit runs Feeling to introduce yourself, drive things forward and get better together with our client
