You are responsible for refurbishment projects and make sure that costs, schedule and quality are correct. You coordinate all project participants – from the first draft to the final documentation – and make sure our hotels run smoothly even during the construction work. You are technical:r Contact:in for hotel managers:inside, internal departments and external service providers. You take care of tenders, check offers and negotiate contracts with general contractors. You contribute to the further development of our hotel design and introduce your ideas into digital processes and partnerships. You work closely with colleagues from different areas and bring your project management expertise with much responsibility.

You have a completed degree in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable technical training, e.g. as a technician or master in the HSK, Electro or the like. You have experience in carrying out construction projects, as well as technical and commercial understanding You have pleasure in traveling and a class B driver's license, and we provide a service car that can also be used privately With your charm and clear communication, you clearly represent your position on the construction site as well as with service providers and partners
