For our Competence Centre Honorarprüfung, we are looking for you at the Würzburg site as a team management (m/w/d) in the healthcare sector in the area of billing examination with the focus on cost-bearing applications. You take responsibility for the smooth and timely workflow in a team with about 10 employees (m/w/d) and are responsible for the processing of the procedures resulting from applications and audit reports of cost-holders and the resulting contradictions and complaints. The personally and professionally competent leadership of the team members also includes the organisation of the workflows and the controlling as well as the incorporation of new employees and the assistance in solving technical questions. You participate in coordination talks with the contractors and support the regional management and the CoC leadership in fundamental issues and in special tasks. You act within the organization, for the members of the KVB as well as the representatives of the cost-beneficiaries as competent contact persons in all the issues associated with your task.

Professional training in health care or equivalent training as well as several years of relevant professional experience Accounting knowledge according to the EBM (uniform assessment scale) Personal and professional fitness for leadership of a team High level of responsibility and independent tasks Ability to structure and prioritize tasks and workflows Very good expressiveness in word and writing and negotiation skills Openness and compassion in dealing with employees and members and contractual partners
