The Kassenarzt Vereinigung Schleswig-Holstein represents the approximately 6,100 contract physicians and contract psychotherapists of our federal state. It ensures the outpatient medical care, monitors the quality of applied medicine, closes contracts with the health insurance companies and provides the fee bill for doctors and psychotherapists.

For the time of September 2026 or October 2026, we are looking for permanent, preferably full-time, support for the field of “building and property management”.

The versatile task area includes:

• Support for building operations through control operations and technical activities as well as minor repair, maintenance and assembly work
• Support and support of external service providers as well as participation in maintenance work on buildings and technical facilities
• Coordination, handling and tracking of small orders
• Preparation and implementation of relocations and rebuilding of jobs and meeting rooms
• Contact person (m/w/d) for employees, visitors and external companies in infrastructure and technical matters
• Participation in ensuring order, cleanliness and road safety and support for green and outdoor installations
• Digital documentation and auditing and forwarding of invoices
• Participation in a separately remunerated readiness

To perform these tasks, you should provide the following conditions:

• completed vocational training in a craft, technical or comparable field with professional experience
• organizational skills, technical understanding and craftsmanship
• High commitment, self-initiative and sense of responsibility
• short-term availability on site as part of the readiness to call
• Ownership of driving licence Class B
• MS Office knowledge
