completed studies in Computer Science, UX Design, Industrial/Product Design or comparable qualification, Min. 5 years of experience in UX design and pronounced UX design competence for complex software solutions, safe handling of Figma and common design methods, Found experience in in interdisciplinary cooperation and in the moderation of workshops, Strategic thinking with focus on user needs, continuous improvement and high detail accuracy, expressed communication skills, Very good German (C1) and very good English (C1).
