So your (future) day looks:

• You check in our guests, show them their rooms and activate the room keys
• You are looking for all questions, messages, calls or concerns of our guests
• You give our guests information and directions around our hotel and the surrounding area
• You take care of the check-out and process payments, as well as room fees
• You confirm reservations and cancellations and write daily reports on the number of arrivals and departures
• You support the incorporation of new colleagues and trainees in the department
• In case of complaints, you keep an overview and act confident in communication with our guests
• As a central contact person, you will also temporarily take over the telephone center and answer internal and external telephone calls
• In close cooperation with the Guest Experience Team, you ensure that individual guest requests are successfully implemented
