Lean Specialist - Focus on Logistics & Material Supply (m/f/d)

Your challenge: Implementation and promotion of Lean philosophy with special focus on optimising logistics processes and supply of materials along the production lines at the Marklkofen site Technical responsibility for the continuous improvement of logistics processes across the entire supply chain - from the supplier to internal material flows to delivery to the customer, including empties and packaging logistics Implementation and continuous optimization of driverless transport systems (FTS / AGV / AMR) at the Marklkofen plant for the automation and efficiency of intralogistics Management and support of logistics projects to increase efficiency, in particular in the supply of materials for the production lines and in the goods outlet Participation in machine procurement to ensure efficient and innovative logistical connections Implementation of Lean trainings, workshops and audits focusing on logistic topics such as supermarket concepts, Milkrun systems, Kanban and Just-in-Time supply

Your profile: Education: Successfully completed studies in the field of economic engineering, logistics, alternative vocational training with further training to the technician, ideally with additional qualification in Lean Management and REFA/MTM skills Professional experience: At least three years of experience in production or logistics, ideally focusing on material flow and process optimization Expertise: Experience in managing and implementing logistics and lean projects Experience in performing trainings and workshops Experience in planning, implementation and economic evaluation of projects Practical knowledge in the application of Lean and Six-Sigma methods Knowledge in SAP (especially SAP EWM), MS Office and ideally Power BI Advantageous knowledge of REFA/MTM methods for working and time design Experience with the introduction and optimization of FTS/AGV/AMR systems desirable

Language knowledge: Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Personal characteristics: Embossed hands-on mentality and implementation strength Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation High level of team capacity and communication strength Safe appearance as well as pronounced moderation and communication skills
