Responsibility for the coordination of office management incl. Processes for shared areas, ordering of office material, ordering of maintenance or similar

Support for visitor management of departments including Support of travel planning, registration, room coordination and, if necessary, on-site hosting

Organisation of Team Events or Townhall Meetings as well as overarching or team-wide travels or events

Supporting change management initiatives such as surveys, preparation and follow-up of workshops, training coordination

settlement of order processes from the supply collection, systemic collection of the order request, to the booking of the goods receipt after delivery and release of invoices for project-related services

a completed commercial vocational training as well as existing professional experience in the same field, preferably already in assitence

good MS Office knowledge and ideally first experience with office management applications (e.g. SAP)

very structured and organised mode of operation and a pronounced communication capability

Joy in cooperation in a diverse and international setup

good English knowledge of word and writing
