We are looking for a manager (m/w/d) restructuring in full time at the next possible time in Germany. Perspectively, the position as principal (m/w/d) is to be occupied.

You lead project teams, advise managements and investors and develop strategies that bring companies back on track. Their spectrum ranges from the analysis of complex business situations, the development of refurbishment strategies to the implementation of concrete measures. Your tasks at a glance: Management and responsibility of complex restructuring and rehabilitation projects Creation of refurbishment reports, liquidity planning and refurbishment concepts Accompanying company progress – practical, solution-oriented, responsible Leadership and professional development of consultants and senior consultants Close cooperation with legal advisers:inside, auditors:inside and stakeholder in the company

At least 5 years of experience in restructuring, restructuring or insolvency consulting An above-average degree in economics or law (master, diploma or comparable) Entrepreneurial thinking, analytical strength and a structured approach Sovereign appearance, initiative and joy in team work Travel readiness as well as fluent German and English skills
