Completioned Engineering Studies Department of Construction or equivalent construction engineering training with multi-year professional experience in comparable tasks Project management experience Very good knowledge of construction technology Specialized knowledge of technical regulations and BG regulations Secure user knowledge in MS Office Immigration-free written and oral communication and expression Self-employed, reliable and result-oriented working with a high degree of self-initiative, readiness for performance and awareness of responsibility Readiness to learn and change, team skills, resilience and flexibility Willingness to travel
